Knitted Baby Booties: Seamless and Stylish Guide

The booties are knitted in rounds on circular needles and are made without a single seam. These booties can be worn in at least three different ways. I-cord complements the colors of the booties and completes the work with a nice little bow.

Free detailed step-by-step video tutorial with the written pattern in the description is available on my YouTube channel Iuliia Craft – SimplyHandmade4EVERY1

Materials used:

– 100% Italian merino Wool 125m/50g (Two colors: white milk and pink)

– 100% cotton yarn 125m/50g

Merino wool that is used for these cute baby booties is very soft and not scratchy at all. Those qualities make it the perfect material for baby clothes. Knitting with this yarn is easy and fast. I regularly buy this yarn for different projects and one of my online orders arrived recently. You can take a closer glimpse at that yarn in different colors, prices, and delivery charges in my unpacking and review video.

I used circular knitting needles from Knitter’s Pride Nova Platina for this project. However, straight needles in a set of 4 or 5 needles can be used too, as well, as short sock needles that are very popular these days.

Size of the sole of a bootie: 8*5cm Size for a newborn baby.

However, the size of the baby booties can be adjusted by knitting the longer sole of the bootie (extending the middle part of the sole). And adding additional loops from the sole to the heel part of the bootie.

Equipment:

– interchangeable knitting needles Knitter’s Pride Nova Platina 2.5mm
