Free Knitted Baby Mittens Pattern: Keep Your Little One Cozy and Stylish
These #knittedmittens are a perfect fit for a baby’s hands. The mittens have thumbs which is important for an active toddler. It’s a fairly simple and fast #knitproject. I believe that a beginner can make it with these detailed instructions and a #videotutorial provided. However, an experienced knitter can have a pick on how I managed to do these mittens and find in the video some useful tips as well.
The #mittens are knitted as an addition to the knitted baby hat and a cowl (scarf) that I made for my daughter.
In the #videotutorial, I’m showing a few tips on how I adjust the knitting to get rid of extra spacing between the thumb and the main part of the mitten, as well as a stretchy cast-on that I usually use for a 1x1 Rib stitch knit pattern.
Hopefully, the video tutorial and this pattern on how to knit these #babymittens on circular needles in rounds will be useful for you.
